A logline is a concise description of a film, music video, or series screenplay, typically consisting of two to three sentences and not exceeding 25 words. Its primary objective is to capture the attention and interest of the target audience, allowing them to grasp the essence of the story.

Compared to an elevator pitch, which is a brief project presentation lasting 1-2 minutes, a logline serves as a shorter, 2-3 sentence presentation.

In the context of advertising video projects, a logline serves as a brief and persuasive summary of the video’s purpose, aiming to engage the target audience and generate interest in a product or service. It effectively highlights key points and unique advantages, motivating viewers to take action.
